Insurance

We accept most insurance carriers. Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for only the co-pay at the time of visit. If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured or we do not file with your insurance company, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.

Newborns, please contact your insurance company within 24 hours of birth to insure you don't have any billing issues.

Insurance Companies & Fees

We will gladly file insurance claims with your insurance company if we are contracted with your carrier. Please be prepared to pay all co-pays,deductibles and other services not covered by your insurance companyat the time of service. 

Please become familiar with your health insurance plan and what services are covered as every policy is different.

Also, please remember to bring your insurance card every time you come to the office.
